Clubs
MESA Program MESA is a Math, Engineering, and Science Achievement club that is ran after school on Tuesdays. Everyone is welcome to join at any time, it is not too late. We meet every week and have a competition once a month. We have built boats out of milk jugs, built bridges out of balsa wood, and will be building mouse trap cars next. We have a few field trips scheduled, which include Eureka (the math and science center) and CMU for an egg drop competition. We would love for your student to come and check it out. The competitions are at other schools and on various dates which we provide transportation to. Being involved in MESA Program is a great introduction to STEM and can open up opportunities for advanced courses in high school. If you are interested or would like more information, please contact: Mrs. Perea [email protected] Ms. Hawkins [email protected] |
